Love science and beer? Then do we have good news for you!

ExBEERimental Science is our annual interactive tasting event that reveals the incredible science behind the beer! Each year, we ask three Australian breweries to craft two experimental beers that set out to answer some of brewing science's burning questions.

 

Then, during National Science Week, we host a live panel made up of brewers, scientists, and a certified Cicerone, and delve into the wonderful science behind the brews. You can join in via the live audience, watch from one of the several watch parties across regional Australia or join in from home via the livestream by ordering an exBEERimental 6-pack to your door.

 

The participating brewers of that year also brew a collaboration beer, with profits funding our brewing science scholarship.
